EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minneso- ta was duly held on the 16th day of December, 1992 at 7:00 p.m. The following members were present: Thomas, P. Johnson, Maschka, Cushman, and V. Johnson; ãñd the following were absent: None. Member Thomas adoption: introduced the following resolution and moved its RESOLUTION 8874 RESOLUTION SUBMITTING PROPERTY TAX LEVY ON REAL ESTATE TO THE RAMSEY COUNTY AUDITOR FOR THE FISCAL YEAR OF 1993 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, as follows: The City of Roseville is submitting the following tax levy on real estate within the corporate limits of the City to the County Auditor in compliance with the Minnesota State Statutes. Fund Amount General Recreation Permanent Improvements Equipment Infrastructure Replacement Fund Debt Service 4,097,133 822,111 100,000 89,250 190,000 2,007,314 ---------- Total $7,305,808 ---------- ---------- The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Cushman and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Thomas, P. JOhnson, Maschka, Cushman, and V. Johnson, and the following voted against the same: None. WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
