<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD MARCH 28, 1966. <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular <br />meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, was duly called and held at the Village Hall in <br />said Village on the 28th day of March, 1966, at 7:30 p.m. <br />The following members were present: <br /> <br />Acting Mayor Shields, Trustees Grauel and Goodrich <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: Mayor Cedarholm and <br />Trus tee Cur ley <br /> <br />Member Goodrich introduced the <br />following Resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1495 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION CORRECTING ERRONEOUS TRANSPOSITION <br />OF FIGURES APPEARING IN RESOLUTION NO. 1111. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, By Resolution No. 1111, dated December 7, <br />1964, the Council apportioned an assessment for consolidated <br />Water Improvements 62-2, 64-4, 64-5 and 64-6, on the South- <br />westerly Fifteen Feet (IS') of Lot One (I), and all of Lot <br />Two (2), Korrol Shores Addition, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it appears that said apportionment was <br />erroneous in that apportioned assessment for parcel No. 1 <br />in said Resolution should have been the apportioned assess- <br />ment for parcel No.2, and vice versa, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, It appears that the apportionment is therefore <br />not equitable and must be corrected under Minn. Stat. ~429.07l, <br />Subsec. 3, <br /> <br />NOW I THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1.
