RESOLUTION NO. 1497 At a (regular) (special) meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville duly held on the 11th day of APril ,19 6g, the follow- ing Resolution was offered by Member Shields seconded by Member Grauel to-wit: WHEREAS the Village of Roseville has approved the plans and specifications for the improvement of that part of Trunk Highway Number ..118 renumbered as Trunk Highway Number 36 within the corporate limits of the'Village of Roseville from the Western Avenue to East Corporate Limits and WHEREAS in order to obtain Federal Aid in the construction of said Tr~ Highway Number ~ renumbered as Trunk Highway Number 36 the Bureau of Public Roads requires the assurance that the Village of Roseville will not suffer any encroachment of any nature or kind whatsoever on the right of way of said Trunk Highway Number 118 renum- bered as Trunk Highway Number 36 within the corporate limits of the said Vi11a~e of Roseville and WHEREAS the Commissioner of Highways desires in the interest of public safety that all parking of vehicles on said trunk highway be para- 11el with the curb and at least 20 feet from any crosswalk. NOW, THEN, BE IT RESOLVED that said Village of Roseville does hereby agree and covenant that it will never permit or suffer, within its corporate limits, any encroachment of any kind whatsoever, including curb gas pumps and gas stations, billboards or other structures of any kind whatsoever, upon the right of way of Trunk Highway Number 118 renum- bered as Trunk Highway Number 36 and to the above end sai~llage of Rosevi11e hereby agrees that it will never issue any license, permit, or grant, or give any leave or liberty or any other consent of whatever form for the construction or maintenance of any encroachment
