"" <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village of Roseville has heretofore approved and <br />adopted a plan for the construction, maintenance and operation of a <br />sanitary sewer system, and, <br /> <br />WHEF.EAS, the Council of the Village of Roseville has, by proper <br />proceedings, determined the need for certain locations of underground <br />sewer mains, sewer pipes and appurtenances to be installed, maintained <br />and operated within the plan adopted, <br /> <br />NOW, THEH.EFORE, BE rr RESOLVED, that the Village of Roseville <br />needs to acquire a perpetual easement for the construction, maintenance <br />and operation of sewer I11ains, pipes and appurtenances to an approximate <br />depth of 10 feet, together with ingress and egress over and through the <br />following described land in Ramsey County, Minnesota, under its powers <br />of eminent domain: <br /> <br />The South 10 feet of that part of the Et of SEt of SEi <br />of See.13, T. 29, R. 23, lying SWly of the center line <br />of McCarron Boulevard South as now +ocated and NEly of <br />the center line of a lane running N 790 35' W from a <br />point on the E line of said Sec. 13, distant 575.6 ft. <br />N of the SE corner thereof; and lying SE of a line running <br />NEly from said center line of lane at right angles thereto, <br />from a point dist.ant 597.74 ft. My from its point of <br />beginning on said E +ine of Se. 13; and NWly of a line <br />parallel with and 60 ft. SELy (measured at right angles) <br />from the aforesaid line running at right angles to said <br />center line of lane. <br />Subject to an easement for roadway purposes over the <br />Sly 15 ft. thereof, and together with an easement for <br />roadway purposes over a strip of land 30 ft. in width running <br />through the Et of SEt of SEt of Sec. 13, T. 29, R. 23, the <br />center line of which runs ~l 790 35 r W from a point on the <br />E line of said Sec. 13 distant 575.6 ft. N. of the SE <br />corner thereof, <br /> <br />RESOLVED, further, that Beldin H.
