EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING OF mE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE. MINNESOTA. HELD APRIL 11, 1966 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called and held at the Village Hall in said Village on April 11. 1966. at 7:30 p.m. The following members were present: Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Curley, Goodrich, Grauel and Shields and the following were absent: None Member Shields introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption. RESOLUTION NO. 1501 RESOLUTION ACCEPTING PETITION AND ORDERING FEASIBILITY REPORT BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of Roseville, Minnesota: 1) A certain petition requesting the improvement of Terrace Drive from St. Albans Street to County Road C, Wheaton Avenue from Terrace Drive to east of Iona Lane and lona Lane from St. Albans to Wheaton by installation of hot mix paving and concrete curb and gutter filed with the Council on March 31. 1966, is hereby declared to be signed by the required percentage of owners of property effected thereby. This declaration is made in conformity to Minnesota Statutes Section 429.035. 2) The petition is hereby referred to the Village Public Works Director and he is instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed, advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Member Curley, and upon a vote being held thereon, all voted in favor thereof. WHEREUPON, said Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
