EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minneso- ta was duly held on the 16th day of December, 1992 at 7:00 p.m. The following members were present: Tho1T}as, p-, Johnson,}tpschka,,,Cusl'mtan, and V. Johnson, and the following were absent; None. Member Thomas introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION 8875 RESOLUTION DIRECTING TIlE COUNTY AUDITOR TO ADJUST TIlE TAX LEVY FOR BONDED DEBT WHEREAS, the City Council will be issuing General Improvement Bonds in 1993 requiring a new levy; and WHEREAS, the City Council will be issuing Certificates of Indebtedness for Equipment in 1993 requiring a new levy; and WHEREAS, there are reserve funds sufficient to reduce the levy for General Improvement Issues 7,8,9, and 10, in the amount of $219,900. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, that The Ramsey County Auditor be directed to increase the 1993 tax levy for the planned General Improvement Bond Issue Series 19, 1993 by $124,681,000, Certificates of Indebtedness by $250,000 and to reduce the levy by $219,900, which is being paid by debt service reserves. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Cushman and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Thomas, P. Johnson, 1~aschka, Cushman, and V. Johnson, and the following voted against the same: None. WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
