EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD APRIL 18, 1966 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice ~hereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called and held at the Village Hall in said Village on the 18th day of April, 1966, at 7:30 p.m. The following members were present: Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Curley, Goodrich, Grauel and Shields and the following members were absent: None Member Shields introduced the following Resolution- and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 1507 RESOLUTION RELATING TO SUPPLEMENTAL ASSESS~NT ON ONE PARCEL OF PROPERTY OF WATER IMPROVEMENT 64-4: WHEREAS, the assessment roll on Water Improvement 64-4 was adopted by Resolution No. 1061, dated October 12, 1964, and certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey County, and WHEREAS, the below described property was omitted from said assessment roll, and WHEREAS, the below described property is presently connected to and using the municipal water system through construction of Water Improvement 64-4 and is therefore benefited by said improvement, and WHEREAS, due notice of hearing on proposed supplemental assessment was mailed to the property owner affected, in accordance with Minnesota Statutes g 429.071, Subd. 1, and a public hearing held on said proposed supplemental assessment on April 18, 1966, and WHEREAS, it appears that the below described property should be assessed for Water Improvement 64-4: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS: The Village Council does hereby amend Resolution No. 1061, dated October 12, 1964, by adding to said assessment roll, the follow- ing described property, to be assessed in the amount as follows, payable in installments and at interest as provided in Resolution No. 1005, except that two installments shall be paid in 1966, with interest to commence
