J: ~Wli: .:#" It) RESOLUTION WHEREAS, the Village of Roseville has heretofore approved and adopted a plan for the constructin, maintenance and operation of a sanitary sewer system, and, WHEREAS, the Council of the Village of Roseville has, qy proper proceedings, determined the need for certain locations of underground sewer mains, sewer pipes and appurtenances to be installed, maintained and operated within the plan adopted, NOW, THEREFOliE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Village of Roseville, needs to acquire a perpetual easement for the construction, maintenance and operation of sewer mains, sewer pipes and appurtenances to an approximate depth of 7 to 16 feet, together with ingress and egress over and through the following described land in Ramsey County, Minnesota, under its powers of eminent domain: A strip of land 30 feet in width the center line commencin~ at a point on the west line of the N! of the wi of the SEt of Sec. 13, T. 29, R. 23, except part conveyed to City of it. Paul for waterworks right of wB:3 by 123 Deeds 666, also the W 600 feet of the Nwi of the SEi of the SEt of Sec. 13, T. 29,R. 23, except the N. 330 feet thereof and except the S. 256.42 feet thereof, said point being 170 feet dist,ant southerly from the northwest corner of said parcel; thence easterly approximately 250 feet; thence south 100 00' east approximately 233 feet to a point on t he south line of said parcel, said point lying approximately 290 feet distant easterly from the southwest corner cf said parcel. Also: A strip of land 25 feet in width over the south 25 feet of the east 250 feet of west 550 feet of said parcel. RESOLVk'.-J), further, that Beldin H.
