<br />EXTRACf OF MINU1ES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD APRIL 18, 1966 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the Village Council of Rosevi1le, Minnesota, was duly called and <br />held at the Village Hall in said Village on the 18th day of April, <br />1966, at 7:30 p.m. The following members were present: <br />Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Curley, Goodrich, Grauel and Shields <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Grauel <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following Resolution <br /> <br />RE SOLUTION NO. 1510 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been a shift in personnel from the <br />Village Finance Department to the Village Administration Department; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE <br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That the position of Administrative Assistant be re- <br />established in the Administration Department and the position of <br />Accountant be discontinued in the Finance Department; <br /> <br />That sum of $4,500 be transferred from the Village Finance <br />Department General Fund to the Village Administration Fund. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br />duly seconded by Member Goodrich , and upon a vote being held <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />All present <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, the said Resolution was declared duly passed <br />and adopted. <br />
