<br />WHEREAS, said claim of Ellings is denied by <br />the Village; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Ellings to <br />settle the dispute set forth above by the Village paying <br />to the Ellings the sum of $600.00 and obtaining a release, <br />copy of which is hereto attached and made a part hereof <br />and marked Exhibit "A", to settle all claims arising out <br />of any dispute between the Village and the Ellings <br />regarding the conveying of the land referred to above <br />and for the construction of the road upon the land <br />hereinabove referred to, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE <br />COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />l. The Village Manager is hereby directed to <br />tender to William A. Elling and Doryce K. Elling, the sum <br />of $600.00 as a compromise settlement of all claims that <br />the Ellings have against the Village of Roseville arising <br />out of any dispute in the conveyance of land to the Village <br />by the Ellings as set forth above, and for the construction <br />of the road upon the land conveyed above. <br /> <br />2.
