<br />R E LEA S E <br /> <br />KNOW ALL ~~AN BY 'THESE PRESENTS, that we, <br />WILLIAM A. ELLING AND DORYCE K. ELLING, for and in <br />consideration of the sum of Six Hundred and No/lOOths <br />($600.00) Dollars to UII in hand paid by the VILLAGE OF <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, <br />we do hereby forever release, discharge and acquit the Village <br />of Roseville, its employees and agents, the STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />and the DEPARTMENT OF HIGHWAYS, for all claims, demands, <br />actions and causes of actions of every kind~ nature and des- <br />cription fr'om the beginning of time to the date hereof, which <br /> <br />rose out of the tranaaction between the Village of RosevilIe <br /> <br />and William A. Elling and Doryce K. Elling in the conveyance <br /> <br />or certain land to the Village of Roaeville by Deed nated <br /> <br />October 13, 1964 and filed for record October 16, 1964. <br /> <br />FURTHER, release the Village of Roseville from <br /> <br />all claims, causes of actions and demands from the beginning <br /> <br />of time to the date hereof for any claim of trespass by the <br /> <br />Village of Roseville, its agents, employees or contractors, <br /> <br />or the State of Minnesota, Department of Highway, or its <br /> <br />employees or contractors, for any improvement made upon the land <br /> <br />bounded by Albert street, Trunk Highway #36, Hamline Avenue and <br />Sandhurst Drive. <br /> <br />SIGNED AND SEALED, this 2'3 .day of April, 1966. <br /> <br />In PrE!l!IenC'@ ftf!
