<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br />Village Council of the Village of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, <br />was duly held at the Village Hall in said village on Monday, the <br />25th day of April, 1966 at 7:30 o'clock P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Curley, Goodrich, <br />Grauel and Shields <br /> <br />and the following were absent: Cedarholm <br />Trustee Curley introduced and ~oved the adoption of the <br /> <br />following resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 1514 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND <br />SPECIFICATIONS AND ORDERING <br />ADVERT ISEMENT FOR BIDS <br />STREET IMPROVEMENTS NO. 65-20, <br />No. 65-31, No. 65-34, and No. 66-16 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resolutions heretofore duly adopted <br /> <br />by the Village Council, the Village Public Works Director has <br /> <br />prepared plans and specifications for Street Improvements No. 65-34 <br /> <br />and No. 66-15, and also for those portions of Street Improvements <br /> <br />No. 65-20 and No. 65-31 other than the portions for which a contract <br /> <br />has heretofore been awarded by Resolution No. 1309, dated August 30, <br /> <br />1965, and said Director has presented said plans and specifications <br /> <br />to the Council for approval. <br /> <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br />
