<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of Village Council <br />village of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota <br />April 25, 1966 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br /> <br />held at the Village Hall in said Village on the 25th day of <br /> <br />April, 1966, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Acting Mayor Shields, Trustees <br />Curley, Goodrich and Grauel <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Mayor Cedarholm <br /> <br />Member Goodric.h <br /> <br />introduced and moved the adoption <br /> <br />of the following resolution: <br /> <br />iESOLUTION NO. 1516 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR PUBLIC SALE <br />OF GENERAL IMPROVEMENT BONDS I SERIES 2 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />1. It is hereby found and determined that it is necessary at <br />the present time to issue and sell improvement bonds of the Village <br />in the amount of $1,932,000 for the purpose of paying the cost of <br />local improvements instituted under Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429. <br /> <br />2. This Council shall meet at the time and place designated <br />in the form of notice herein contained for the purpose of receiving, <br />opening and considering sealed bids for and awarding the sale of <br />said bonds1 and the Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br />cause notice of the time, place and purpose of said meeting to be <br />published in the Suburban Life, the official newspaper of the <br />Village, and in the Commercial West, a financial newspaper published <br />at Minneapolis, Minnesota, which notice shall be in substantially <br />the following form: <br />
