<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD MAY 9, 1966 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the Village Council of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called and <br />held at the Village Hall in said Vi llage on the 9th day of May, 1966, <br />at 7:30 P.M. The following members were present: <br /> <br />Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Curley, Goodrich, Grauel and Shields <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Shields introduced the following resolution and moved <br />its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1517 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING SUPPLEMENTAL ASSESSMENT ON PARCEL OF <br />PROPERTY WHICH IS A PART OF WATER IMPROVEMENT 62-1 AND <br />SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT NO. 1 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the assessment roll on Water Improvement 62-1 was <br />adopted by Resolution No. 844 dated the 14th day of October, 1963; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the assessment roll on Sanitary Sewer Improvement No. I <br />was adopted by Resolution No. 491 dated the 6th day of October, 1957 and <br />certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey County, Minnesota, and <br /> <br />~~EREAS, there was an erroneous frontage in computing the <br />assessment, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, due notice of hearing on the proposed supplemental <br />assessment was mailed to the property owners affected and publication <br />made in accord~lce with Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429.071, Subd. I, and <br />a public hearing held on said proposed supplemental assessment on the <br />9th day of May, 1966, at which time all written and oral objections were <br />presented and considered, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it appears just, reasonable and necessary to correct <br />the mistake in the assessment relating to the following described property: <br /> <br />Subj to St; the fol: Ex W 250 Ft; Lot I, Block 2 & Ex <br />W 250 ft of part lying S of a line 460 ft N from & par <br />with S line of sd Lot I, Block 2, Lot I, Block 1. Also, <br />vac Rose Mall bet sd parts of Lots in Blocks 2 & 1. <br />
