<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD MAY 9 ,1966. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly <br />called and held at the Village Hall in said Village on May 9 ,1966 <br />at 7:30 p.m. The following members were present: <br /> <br />Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Curley, Goodrich, Grauel and Shields <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Shie Ids <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />introouced the following Resolution <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1518 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village Council adopted Resolution No. <br />1488 ,which provided for the Mayor and Manager of the Village <br />of Roseville to execute a certain Option Agreement with Eugene B. <br />McDonough and Lillian M. McDonough; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, subsequent thereto it has been disclosed that <br />although Eugene B. McDonough and Lillian M. McDonough are the <br />record owners of the premises covered by the Option Agreement, that <br />certain other parties have an interest in said premises by means of <br />unrecorded documents, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1. That the Mayor and Manager are instro.oted <br />to execute the attached Option Agreement, a copy of which is attached <br />hereto and made a part hereof and marked "Exhibit A", which agreement <br />is made in lieu of the Option Agreement signed pursuant to Resolution <br />No. 1488 . <br />
