<br />) <br />" ..~ v\ <br />t, <br />1/;/1 <br />vy <br /> <br />RE30LUTION <br /> <br />#/.s-~ <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village of Roseville has heretofore approved and <br />adopted a plan for the construction, maintenance and operation of a <br />sanitary sewer system, and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Council of the Village of Roseville has, by proper <br />proceedings, determined the need for certain locations of underground <br />sewer mains, sewer pipes and appurtenances to be installed, maintained <br />and operated within the plan adopted, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFOFE, BE IT FESOLVED, that the Village of Roseville, <br />needs to acquire a perpetual easement for the construction, maintenance <br />and operation of sewer mains, sewer pipes and appurtenances to an <br />approximate depth of 10 feet, together with ingress and egress,over and <br />through the following described land in Ramsey County, Minnesota, under <br />its powers of eminent domain: <br /> <br />A strip of land 20 feet in width the center line commencing <br />at a point on the North line of the NWt of SEi of Sec. 13, <br />T. 29, R. 23 except that part thereof heretofore conveyed <br />to Charles Weeks and August Weeks described in 62 Deeds <br />315 and also except that part thereof heretofore conveyed <br />to Charles Weeks and August Weeks filed May 5, 1939, in <br />1029 Deeds 55. Also the N 131.58 ft. of SWt of SEt of SEt <br />of said Sect ion 13, T 29, R 23. And also that part of <br />Et of SE-t. of SKi of Sec. 13, T 29, R 2.3 lying SWly of the <br />center of McCarron Boulevard South as now located and NEly <br />of the center line of a lane running N 79 degrees 351 West <br />from a point on the E line of said Section 13 distant 575.6 <br />feet N. of SE corner thereof; lying NW of a line running NEly <br />from said center line of lane, at right angles thereto, from <br />a point distant 657.74 ft. NWly from its point of beginning <br />on saidE line of Sec. 13 excepting an easement for roadway <br />purposes over the Sly 15 ft. thereof; <br />Together with an easement for roadway purposes over the E JO <br />ft. of wt of swi of SEt of SEt See 13, T 29, R 23 except N.131.58 <br />ft. thereof and W 30 ft. of E2 of swt of SEt of SEi of Sec 13, T 29 R 23, <br />except the N 131.58 ft. and except the E 160 ft. thereof. Together <br />with an easement for roadway purposes over a strip of land 30 ft. <br />in width runcling through the Et of SKi of SE-t of Sec 13 T 29, <br />R 2.3 the center line of which runs N 79 degrees 35' W from <br />a point on the E line of said Sec 13, distant 575.6 Ft. N <br />of the SE corner thereof, said point being 520 feet distant <br />easterly from the northwest corner of that portion in the <br />wi of SEt of SE-i; thence south 520 30 I east approximately <br />195 feet to a point on the east line, said point being 105 <br />feet distant northeasterly from the center line of said <br />lane running north 790 35 t we st. <br />
