EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD MAY 16, 1966 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of Roseville. Minnesota. was duly called and held at the Village Hall in said Village on May 16, 1966. at 7:30 p.m. The following members were present: Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Curley, Goodrich, Grauel and Shields and the following members were absent: None Member Shields introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 1521 WHEREAS it is proposed to improve Lovell Avenue between the centerline of Cohansey Street and the cul-de-sac line to the west by installation of watermain. concrete curb and gutter and hot mix bituminuous paving and to assess the benefited property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement. pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Section 429.011 to 429.111 (Laws 1953. Chapter 398 as amended). NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of Rosevi11e, Minnesota: That the proposed improvement be referred to the Public Works Director for study and that he is directed to report to the Council with all convenient speed advising the council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and whether it best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Grauel, and upon a vote being taken, the following voted in favor of thie resolution: All present and the following voted against the same: Adopted by the Council this 16th day of May, 1966.
