NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the village council of the <br />Village of Roseville that Storm Sewer Improvements 66-14 and 66-15 <br />are hereby consolidated, pursuant to M.S. 435.56, hereafter to be <br />known as Consolidated Storm Sewer Improvements 66-14 and 66-15, and <br />all subsequent proceedings shall be conducted in all respects as if <br />the two separate proceedings had originally been instituted as one <br />proceeding. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br />duly seconded by Trustee Curley and upon vote being taken thereon, <br />the following voted in favor: All <br />and the following voted against: None <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
