The village Clerk shall prepare and cause to be inserted <br />in the Ramsey County Suburban Life, the official paper, and in the <br />Construction Bulletip, an advertisement for bids upon the making <br />of such approved plans and specifications. The advertisement shall <br />be publiShed as required by law, shall specify the work to be done, <br />shall call for bids upon the basis of a cash payment for such work, <br />shall state that bids will be opened and considered by the village <br />Council at 3:30 o'clock p.m. on June l7, 1966, in the village Hall, <br />that no bids will be considered unless sealed and filed with the <br />Clerk and accompanied by a cash deposit or certified check payable <br />to the clerk for ten percent (10%) of the amount of such bid and <br />that the advertisement shall state a eomplet1on date of <br />October 31. 1966. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br /> <br />duly seconded by Trustee Grauel and upon vote being taken thereon, <br /> <br />the fOllowing voted in favor: All <br /> <br />and the following voted against: None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
