The Village Clerk shall prepare and cause to be inserted <br />in the Ra~sey County Suburban Life, the official paper, and in the <br />Construction Bulletin, an advertisemertt for bids upon the making <br />of such approved plans andispecifications. The advertisement shall <br />be published as required by law, shall specify the work to b~ done, <br />shall call for bids upon the basis of a cash paymeht for such work, <br />shall state that the bids will be opened and considered by the Vil] <br />Council at 3:30 o'clock p.m. on June 17, 1966, in the village Hall, <br />that no bids will be considered unless sealed and filed with the <br />Clerk and accompanied by a cash deposit or certified check payable <br />to the clerk for ten percent (10%) of the amount of such bid and <br />that the advertisement shall state a completion date of <br /> <br />{}et.obay .u. l~ . <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br /> <br />duly seconded by Trustee Shields and upon vote being taken thereon, <br /> <br />the following voted in favor: All <br /> <br />and the following voted against: None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
