Ramsey County, Minnesota <br />May 23.. 1966 <br /> <br />pursuant to due call and notice thereof.. a <br /> <br />regular <br /> <br />meeting <br /> <br />of the Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was held at the COlwcil <br /> <br />Chambers in the Village Hall on May 23, 1966, at 7: 30 0 t clock P.M., Central <br /> <br />Daylight Saving Time. <br /> <br />The following Trustees were present: <br />Goodrich~ and Shields <br /> <br />Mayor Cedarholm~ Curley~ <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Grauel <br /> <br />*** <br /> <br />* * * <br /> <br />*** <br /> <br />The Clerk presented affidavits showing publication, as directed by the <br /> <br />resolution dated April 25.. 1966, of notice of sale of $1,932,000 General Imp- <br /> <br />rovement Bonds, Series 2, which were examined and found satisfactory and directed <br /> <br />to be placed on file. The Clerk also presented all sealed bids received at his <br /> <br />office pursuant to notice of sale, prior to 7:30 o'clock P.M. this date; which <br /> <br />bids were then opened and publicly read and considered, and the highest and best <br /> <br />bid of each bidder was ascertained to be as follows: <br /> <br />-1- <br />
