Ij- at. 9 <br />RESOLurION AWABDlliG SALE OF <br />$1,,932,000 IMPROVEMENT BONDS <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, <br />that the Council has duly received and examined all bids presented pursuant to <br />public notice of' sale :for the purchase of' $1,932,000 General Improvement Bonds, <br />Series 2 of the village, all to be dated June I, 1966, and does hereby :find <br />and determine that the highest and best of such bids is that of Amer .Nat1.Bank & Tr. <br />Co.of St.Paul & Phelps,Fenn & Co., of New York, N.
