<br />EESOLUI'rON <br /> <br />#/5"8 <br /> <br />WHERF..AS, the Village of Roseville has heretofore approved and <br />adopted a plan for the construction, maintenance and operation of a sanitary <br />sewer system, and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Council of the Village of Roseville has, qy proper <br />proceedings, determined the need for certain locations of underground sewer <br />mains, sewer pipes and appurtenances to be installed, maintained and operated <br />within the plan adopted, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFOi1E, BE IT I:ESOLVED, that the Village of Roseville needs <br />to acquire a perpetual easement for the construction, maintenance and operation <br />of sewer mains, pipes and appurtenances to an approximate depth of 8 feet, <br />together with ingress and egress over and through the following described <br />land in Ramsey County, Minnesota, under its powers of eminent domain: <br /> <br />A strip of land 20 feet in width, the center line commencing <br />at a point on the north line, subject to STH 49 - 126, E 300 <br />l 1 l <br />ft. of E2 of SE~ of SE~ of Sec. 13, T. 29, R. 23, except S <br />300 ft. thereof and except that part lying N. of the c enter line <br />of a l~e running N 790 35' W from a point on the E line of said <br />Sec 13 distant 575.6 ft. N of the SE corner thereof. Subject <br />to an easement for roadway purposes over the Nly 15 ft. thereof am <br />together with an easement for roadway purposes, as follows: a strip <br />of land 30 ft. in width running through the ~ of SEt of SEt of Sec. 13, <br />T. 29, NR. 23 W. the center line of which runs N 790 35' W from a <br />point. on the E line of said Sec 13 distant 575.6 ft. N of the SE <br />corner thereof, said point being 100 feet distant easterly from <br />the northwest corner; thence south 680 00' approximately 170' <br />east to a point on the east line, said point being 38 feet distant <br />southerly from the northeast corner of said parcel; also an <br />easement 10 feet in width over the northerly 10 feet of the <br />west 100 feet of sa.id parcel; also an easement 20 feet in width <br />over the West 20 feet of the east 25 feet of south 240 feet of <br />said parcel, <br /> <br />RESOLVED, further, that Beldin H.
