No. 65-46 <br /> <br />The village has duly entered into a contract for the construction of all or a <br />part of each of said improvements except Storm Sewer Imp. No. 65-11 and con- <br />solidated Storm Sewer Imp. No. 66-14 and 66-15. The total cost of said improve- <br />ments is estimated to be not less than $1,932,000, and for the purpose of paying <br />said cost it is necessary for the village to issue its improvement bonds in the <br />principal amount of $1,932,000 pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapters 429 and <br />475. <br /> <br />2. The $1,932,000 General Improvement BondS, Series 2, sold be resol- <br />ution adopted this date, shall be issued and secured in accordance with the <br />provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Chapters 429 and 475 and the resolution of this <br />Council adopted July 1, 1963, entitled ffRESOLUTION ESTi\BIJISHING A SINKmG FUND <br />FOR THE PAYMENT OF GENERAL IMPROVEMENT BONDS AND APPROPRIATING TO THAT FUND TAXES <br />AND SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS LEVIED FOR IMPROVEMENTS FlNANCED BY SUCH BONDS, It which is <br />by reference incorporated herein and made a part hereof 0 The bonds shall be <br />in number and numbered from 1 to 388 , inclusive, each in the denomination <br />of $ 5000 * and in the aggregate amount of $1,932,000, designated General <br />Improvement Bonds, Series 2! dated as of June 1, 1966, and shall mature serially <br />on June 1 in the amount of :pl02, 000 in the year 1967, $185,,000 in each of the <br />years 1968 through 1970, and $75,000 each of the years 1971 through 1987. The <br />bonds maturing in the years 1967 through 1975 shall not be subject to redemption <br />before maturity, but those maturing in the years 1976 through 1987 shall be each <br />subject to redemption and prepayment at the option of the Village on June 1, 1971, <br />and any interest payment date thereafter, in inverse order of serial numbers, at <br />par plus accrued interest to the date specified for redemption, plus a premium of <br />2% of the par value of each bond prepaid on or before December 1, 1975, and without <br />premium if prepaid on or after June 1, 1976.
