<br />Village on June 1, 1971, and any interest payment date thereafter, in inverse <br />order of serial numbers, at par and accrued interest plus a premium of 2% of <br />the par value of each bond prepaid on or before December 1, 1975, and at par and <br />accrued interest without premium if prepaid on or after June 1, 1976. fue <br />Village will mail notice of the call of any of the bonds for redemption, to the <br />holder, if known, and to the bank at which principal and interest are then pay- <br />able, not less than thirty days before the date specified for redemption. <br />Holders of prepayable bonds desiring to receive such notice may register their <br />names and addresses and the serial numbers of their bonds with the Village <br />Treasurer. <br /> <br />IT IS HEREBY CERTIFIED, RECITED, COVENANTED AND AGREED that all acts, <br />conditions and things required by the Constitution and laws of the State of <br />Minnesota to be done, to exist, to happen and to be performed preliminary to <br />,and in the issuance of this bond in order to make it a valid and binding general <br />obligation of the Village according to its terms have been done, do exist, have <br />haw-ened and have been performed as so required; that the Village has duly deter- <br />mined. the necessity and contracted for the construction of said improvements; <br />that the General Improvement Bond Sinking Fund has been duly created and provi- <br />sion made for the support thereof by ad valorem taxes and special assessments <br />to be levied for the,years and in aggregate amounts not less than five per cent <br />(5%) in excess of sums sufficient to pay when due the principal and interest on <br />aJ.1 bonds payable from that fund, and additional taxes, if needed for such pur- <br />pose, 'my be levied upon all. taxable property in the Village, without limitation <br />as to rate or, amount; and that the issuance of this bond did not cause the in- <br />debtedness of the Village to exceed any constitutional or statutory limitation~. <br /> <br />IN WlmESS WHmEOF the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota, by <br />its Village Council, has caused this bond to be executed in its behalf by the <br />(facsimile) signature of its M;t.yor and the (manual) signature of its Villa.ge <br />Clerk, and sealed with a facsimile of its official seal, ha.s caused the interest <br />coupons appurtenant hereto and the certificate appearing on the reverse side <br />hereof to be executed and authenticated by the facsimile signatures of said <br />officers, and has caused this bond to be dated as of June 1, 1966. <br /> <br />Nayor <br /> <br />Village Clerk <br /> <br />(SEAL ) <br /> <br />-8- <br />
