<br />WHEREAS it appears that Alexander Construction Co. of <br /> <br /> <br />Minneapolis, Minnesota is the lowest responsible bidder at the <br /> <br /> <br />tabulated price of $96,905, <br /> <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the village Council of the village <br /> <br /> <br />of Roseville, Minnesota: <br /> <br /> <br />1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br /> <br />enter into a contract with Alexander Construction Co. for $96,905 <br /> <br /> <br />in the name of the Village of Roseville for Street Xmprovements <br /> <br /> <br />No. 65-20, No. 65-31, No. 65-34, and No. 66-16, according to the plans <br /> <br /> <br />and specifications thereof heretofore approved by the Village Council <br /> <br /> <br />and on file in the office of the Village Clerk. <br /> <br /> <br />2. The Village Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to return <br /> <br /> <br />forthwith to all bidders the deposits made with their bids except <br /> <br /> <br />the deposits of the successful bidder and the next lowest bidder <br /> <br /> <br />shall be retained until contracts have been signed. <br /> <br /> <br />The motion was seconded by Trustee Goodrich and upon vote being <br /> <br /> <br />taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All <br /> <br />and the following voted against: None <br /> <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
