<br />EXTRACT OF MINutES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />OF ROSEVILLE. MINNESOTA. HELD MAY 26. 1966 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof. a special meeting <br />of the Village Council of Roseville. Minnesota. was duly called and <br />held at the Village Hall in said Village on May 26. 1966, at 5:00 <br />p.m. The following members were present: <br /> <br />Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Curley. Goodrich. Grauel and Shields <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Curley introduced the following Resolution and moved <br />its adoption. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1534 <br /> <br />WHEREAS. plans for County Road C (S.A.P. 62-623-04) from <br />Dale Street to Rice Street, showing proposed alignment. profiles, <br />grades and cross sections for the construction of County State Aid <br />Highway No. 23 within the limits of the Village of Roseville. as a <br />State Aid Project have been prepared and presented to the Village of <br />Roseville. <br /> <br />NOW. THEREFORE. IT IS RESOLVED. That said plans specifications <br />and special provision be in all things approved. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br />duly seconded by Member Goodrich. and upon a vote being taken, the <br />following voted in favor of the resolution: All present <br />and the following voted against the sarne: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON. the said Resolution was declared dulY passed and <br />adopted. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA ) <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY ) S5 <br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE ) <br /> <br />I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution is a true and <br />correct copy of a resolution presented to and adopted by the Village of <br />Roseville at a meeting thereof held in the Village of Roseville. <br />Minnesota, on the 26th day of May, 1966. as disclosed by the records of <br />said Village in my possession. <br /> <br />~~ <br /> <br />SEAL <br />
