<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, HELD ~~y 26, 1966 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, <br />Minnesota, was duly called and held at the Village Hall in said <br />Village on May 26, 1966, at 5:00 p.m. The following members were <br />present: <br /> <br />Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Curley, Goodrich, Grauel and Shields <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Shields introduced the following Resolution and moved <br />its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1535 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPROPRIATION OF MUNICIPAL STATE <br />AID FUNDS TO C.S.A.H. PROJECT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it has been deemed advisable and necessary for the <br />Village of Roseville to participate in the cost of a construction <br />project located on C.S.A.H. No. 23 within the limits of said <br />municipality, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said construction project has been submitted for <br />approval by the Department of Highways and identified in its records <br />as S.A.P. No. 623-04; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that we do hereby appropriate <br />from our Municipal State-Aid Street Funds the sum of $57,000.00 <br />to apply toward the construction of said project and request the <br />Commissioner of Highways to approved this authorization. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br />duly seconded by Member Grauel, and upon vote being taken thereon <br />all present voted in favor thereof and no one voted against. <br /> <br />WHElmUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
