The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />enter into a contract w1~h Petrowske & Ross for $292,630.26 in the <br /> <br />name of the Village of Rosevil1e for project 1 Sto~ Sewer lmprove- <br /> <br />ment 66-11, according to the plans and specifications thereof <br /> <br />heretofore approved by the Village Council and on file in the office <br /> <br />of the Village Clerk. <br /> <br />2. The Village Clerk is hereby authori~ed and directed to <br /> <br />return forthwith to all bidders the deposits made with their bids <br /> <br />except the deposits of the su'ccessful bidder and the next lowest <br /> <br />bidder shall be retained until contracts have been signed. <br /> <br />The motion was seconded by Trustee Goodrich and upon vote being <br /> <br />taken thereof, the following voted in favor thereof: all, <br /> <br />and the following voted against: none, <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
