<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD TUNE 13 / 1966. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof / a regular meeting <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville / Minnesota / was duly <br />called and held at the Village Hall in said Village on June 13 ,1966 <br />at 7:30 p.m. The following members were present: <br /> <br />Mlyor Cedarholm, Trustees Curley, Goodrich, Grauel and Shields <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Member <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Curley <br /> <br />introduced the following Resolution <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1538 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it has been determined that an unsafe and <br />hazardous condition exists at the following described real property <br />to wi t: <br /> <br />That part of the East 131. 97 feet of the <br />Northwest Quarter (NW 1/4) of the Southeast <br />Quarter (SE 1/4) of the Southwest Quarter <br />(SW 1/4) of Section Twelve (12), Township <br />Twenty-nine (29) / Range Twenty-three (23) / <br />lying Northerly of State Trunk Highway No. <br />36/ except the East 5 feet thereof. Subject <br />to public roads, highways and streets, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, in order to correct and remove the danger to <br />public health and public safety the building should be razed, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Resolution No. 1523 was adopted by the <br />Village Coun::il upon the information and belief that Twin City Federal <br />Savings and Loan Association was the sole owner of the above described <br />real property, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it has now been disclosed by investigation of <br />
