<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD JUNE 13 ' 1966. <br /> <br />* * <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * <br /> <br />* * * <br /> <br />* * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular <br />meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, <br />was duly called and held at the Village Hall in said Village on <br />June 13 , 1966 at 7:30 p.m. The following members were present: <br /> <br />~;Ryor Cedarholm, Trustees Curley, Goodrich, Grauel and Shields <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Grauel <br />following Resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1539 <br /> <br />WI:IEREAS, Resolution No. 1487 was adopted by the <br />Village Council of the Village of Roseville, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Housing and Home Finance Administrator <br />of the United States has indicated there is an ambiguity in said <br />Resolution, the ambiguity being as whether the Resolution is adopted <br />on behalf of the Village of Roseville acting through its Village Council, <br />or whether it is adopted on behalf of the Roseville Village Council. <br /> <br />NOW. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILIAGE <br />COUNCIL OF THE VILIAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1. Any reference in Resolution No. 1487 to the <br />Roseville Village Council or to the Roseville City Council was intended <br />to be action taken on behalf of the Village of Roseville, a municipal <br />corporation of the State of Minnesota, acting by its Village Council <br />pursuant to law. <br /> <br />2. The application for Federal grant is on behalf <br />of the Village of Roseville, a municipal corporation of the State of <br />
