<br />RESOLUTION <br /> <br />(1 <br /> <br />vm=~RF..AS, the Village of Roseville has heretofore approved and <br />adopted a plan for the construction, maintenance and operation of a <br />sanitary sewer system, and, <br /> <br />WHEP~S, the Council of the Village of Roseville has, by proper <br />proceedings, determined the need for certain locations of underground <br />sewer mains, sewer pipes and appurtenances to be installed, maintained <br />and operated within the plan adopted, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT },ESOLVED, that the Village of Roseville, <br />needs to 9.cquire a perpetual easement for the construction, maintenance <br />and operation of sewer wains, sewer pipes and appurtenances to an <br />approximate depth of 14 feet, together with ingress and egress over <br />and through the following described land in Ramsey County, Minnesota, <br />under its powers of eminent domain: <br /> <br />Subject to Larpenteur Avenue, the South 30 feet of <br />the North 50 feet of the West 100.7 feet of the <br />South 250 feet of Lot 2, Asylum Outlots, <br /> <br />RESOLVED, further, that Beldin H.
