The Village Clerk shall prepare and cause to be inserted in <br />the Ramsey County Suburban Life# the official paper, and in the <br />Construction Bulletin, an advertisement for bids upon the making of <br />such approved plans and specifications. The advertisement shall be <br />published as required by law, shall specify the work to be done, <br />shall Oa11 for bids upon the basis of a cash payment for such work, <br />shall state that bids will be opened and considered by the Village <br />Council at 11:30 o.clock a.m. on July 22, 1966, in the Village Hall, <br />that no bids will be considered unless sealed abd filed with the <br />Clerk and accompanied by a cash deposit or certified check payable <br />to the Clerk for ten percent (10%) of the amount of such bid and <br />that the advertisement shall seate a completion date of <br />October 31, 1966 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br /> <br />seconded by Trustee Grauel and upon vote being taken thereon, the <br /> <br />following voted in favor: All <br /> <br />and the following voted against: None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
