<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD JUNE 13 I 1966. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof I a regular <br />meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville I Minne sota, <br />was duly called and held at the Village Hall in said Village on <br />June 13 I 1966 at 7:30 p.m. The following members were present: <br /> <br />M:tyor Cedarholrn, Trustees Curley, Goodrich, Grauel and Shields <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Member Goodrkh <br />Resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the follOWing <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1548 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it has been determined that certain contractors <br />have outstanding overdue obligations to the Village of Roseville, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village of Roseville licenses these con- <br />tractors pursuant to Section 33.070, <br /> <br />NOW. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE <br />COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1. The Village Manager is instructed not to renew <br />any licenses for general contractors until satisfactory arrangements <br />have been made by said general contractors to arrange settling their <br />accounts for any money due the Village of Roseville. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution <br />was duly seconded by Member Shields , and upon a vote <br />being held thereon, the follOWing voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />All present <br /> <br />and the follOWing voted against the same: None <br />
