EXTRACf OF MINUfES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILL~, MINNESOTA, HELD JUNE 20, 1966 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of Roseville, Minnesota, was held in the Village Hall, 2701 North Lexington Avenue, St. Paul, Minnesota, on Monday, the 20th day of June, 1966, at 7:30 p.m. The following members were present: ~1ayor Cedarholm, Trustees Curley, Goodrich, Grauel and Shields and the following were absent: None Member Shields introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 1549 WHEREAS, a resolution of the Village Council adopted the 18th day of April, 1966, fixed the date for a council hearing on a proposed improvement of Lovell Avenue from the center line of Dale Street to the centerline of St. Albans Street by installation of concrete curb and gutter and hot mix pavement improvement; and WHEREAS, ten days pub lished notice of the hearing through two weekly publications of the required notice was given and the hearing was held thereon on the 16th and 23rd day of May and the 20th day of June, 1966, at which time all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, that such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the council resolution adopted April 18, 1966. The Public Works Director is hereby designated the engineer for this improvement. He shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of such improvement. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Grauel, and upon voted being taken thereon the following voted in favor: Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Grauel, Goodrich and Shields and the following voted against: Trustee Curley. WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
