<br />l- -' <br /> <br />RESOLUTION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village of RoseviUe has heretofore approved and <br />adopted a plan for the construction, maintenance and operation ot a <br />sani tar)' sewer s)'stem, and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Council of the Village of Roseville, has, b)' <br />proper proceedings, determined the need for certain locations of unaer- <br />gromd sewer mains, sewer pipes and appurtenances to be installed, main- <br />tained and operated within the plan adopted, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Village of Roseville <br />needs to acquire a perpetual easement for the construction, maintenance <br />and operation of sewer mains, pipes and appurtenances together with ingress <br />and egress over and through the following described land in Ramse)' Count)', <br />Minnesota, under its powers of eminent domain: <br /> <br />The n)' 5 teet of Lot Six (6), Block Four (4), Stubers <br />Addition; also a temporar)' construction easement over <br />the SW1J' 5 feet of the NEl)' 10 feet of said Lot Six (6), <br />Bleck Four (4), Stubers Addition, which tempora1"1 easement <br />shall continue for 15 d81S following the completion of <br />construction, <br /> <br />RESOLVED, further, that Beldin H.
