EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF IvlEETING OF VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD ON JUNE 20, 1966 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was held at the Village Hall in said village on June 20, 1966, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following were present: Ivlayor Cedarholm, Trustees Curley, Goodrich, Grauel and Shields and the following were absent: None Member Shields tllen introduced and moved the adoption of the following resolution: RESOLUTION NO. 1550 W~REAS, it is proposed to improve Lovell Avenue between the centerline of St. Albans Street and the centerline of Grotto Street by installation of concrete curb and gutter and bituminous pavement and to assess the benefited property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 429.011 to 429.111 (Laws 1953, Chapter 398, as amended); NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF Roseville, Minnesota, that the proposed improvement be referred to the Public Works Director for study and that he is instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed, advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. The motion was seconded by Member Grauel and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All and the following voted against: None Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
