<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD JULY II, 1966. <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a <br />regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of <br />Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called and held at the <br />Village Hall in said ViDage on July II, 1966, atJ,30p.m. <br />The following members were present: <br /> <br />Mayor Cedarho1m, Trustees Grauel, Goodrich and Shields <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: <br /> <br />Trustee Curley <br /> <br />Member Grauel introduced the following <br />Resolution and moved its adoption; <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1558 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION VACATING STREET. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the majority of the owners of property <br />abutting that portion of Albermarle Street lying north of <br />the north right-of-way line of Elmer Street and south of <br />the south right-of-way of Burke Avenue; except the west <br />60 feet thereof, in the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, <br />have requested the Village of Roseville Council by proper <br />petition to vacate such street according to law; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing on February 3, 1964, <br />before the Village Council in the Village Hall on such <br />Petition, after due published and posted notice had been given <br />by the Clerk pursuant to law and all persons interested were <br />given an opportunity to be heard; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it appears that it will be for the best <br />interestof the Village to approve such Petition, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE <br />COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1.
