Reso. #156 NOTICE OF HEARING ON ASSESSMENTS FOR SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT NO.1 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Village Council of the Village of Rosevil1e, Minnesota, will meet at Alexander Ramsey High School in said Village on Thursday, Oct. 3, 1957, at 2:30 o'clock P.M., to hear, con- sider and pass upon a.ll written or oral objections, if any, to proposed assessments in respect of Sanitary Sewer Improvement NO.1, upon the properties heretofore determined to be assessable therefor, and upon certain additional properties abutting on said improvement, as described below. The proposed assessment roll is now on file and open to public inspection by all persons interested, in the office of the Village Clerk. The entire amount assessed against any parcel of land will be payable, unless prepaid, in twenty equal consecutive annual installments, the first of such installments to be payable with general taxes for the year 19~ , collectible with such taxes during the year 1958. The first installment will be payable with interest at the rate of five per cent per annum on the entire assesBrrlent from the date of the resolution levying said assess- ments to December 31, 1958, and each subsequent installment will be payable with one year's interest at said rate on all unpaid installments, except that no interest will be charged if the entire assessment as to any parcel is paid at the office of the Village Treasurer within 30 days from the date of adoption of the assessment roll. The general nature of Sanitary Sewer Improvement No.1 is a sanitary sewer system composed of trunks and laterals, lift stations and force mains, plus a main interceptor sewer to connect said system from County Road B and Dale Street southeasterly to the intersection of Rice and Nebraska Streets within the City of St. Paul, to allow connection to the St. Paul sewersystem; such system serving generally the area described below. The area proposed to be assessed in respect of Sanitary Sewer Improve- ment No.1 will include all properties located within the following boundary: Commencing at the intersection of Rice Street and Minnesota Avenue; thence westerly along center line of Minnesota Avenue approximately 333 feet to the intersection of Minnesota Avenue and Albermar1e Street; thencenortherly along center line of Albermarle Street 200 feet; thence westerly and parallel with center line of Minnesota Avenue 82~ feet; thence northerly a distance of 200 feet; thence westerly and parallel with the center line of Minnesota Avenue 1308 feet; thence southerly approximately 400 feet to center line of Minnesota Avenue; thence west- erly along center line of Minnesota Avenue approximately 152 feet to the intersection of Minnesota Avenue and Western Avenue; thence southerly along center line of Western Avenue 1072 feet; thence westerly and parallel with center line of County Road "Bit 1107 feet; thence southerly approxi- mately 250 feet to the intersection of County Road liB \I and Cohansey Blvd., thence southerly along center line of Cohansey Blvd. 400 feet; thence westerly and parallel with center line of County Road "B" 1030 feet; thence northerly 200 feet; thence westerly and parallel with center line of County Road "B" 300 feet; thence northerly 400 feet; thence westerly and parallel with center line of County Road "B" 1,100 feet; thence northerly approximately 1,000 feet to the center line of State Trunk Highway No. 36 as it now exists; thence westerly along the center line of said Trunk Highway No. 36 approximately 9,600 feet to the intersection of said Trunk Highway No. 36 and State Trunk Highway No. 51 (Snelling !venue); thence ~ol}tberly along the center line of said Trunk Highway No. 51 (Snelling Avenue) b5tl feet; thence westerly 1,380 feet; thence southerly
