Trustees Grae:]:. <br />Goodrich and Shields <br /> <br />and the following were absent: Trustee Curley <br /> <br />MAll)bA" G1'al~~ 1 <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved its <br /> <br />adoption! <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1561 <br /> <br /> <br />RllSOWTION REIATING TO APPORTIONMENT OF ASSESSMENTS <br /> <br /> <br />REIATnD TO SANITARY SE.WER IMPROVEMENT NO. 65-17 <br /> <br />BE IT RllSOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, <br /> <br />as follows: <br /> <br />WHEREA.S the Assessment Roll for Sanitary Sewer Improvement No. 65-17 as <br />finally amended and adopted on October 11, 1965 was filed and certified to the <br /> <br />County Auditor of Ramsey County, and <br /> <br />~s parcels of property as contained in the original assessment roll as <br /> <br /> <br />certified, have since been di tided and conveyed by property owners, and <br /> <br />WHER.FAS the County AuditQr of Ramsey County requires that apportionment of <br /> <br />original assessment against each original tract where it has later been divided, <br /> <br />sold or conveyed be made by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville in order <br />that the proper assessment can be extended by the County Auditor against each parcel <br />of property thereafter, after the same has been conveyed and divided, to conunence <br />
