Trustee Curley Memh,r:\r Grauel introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: Resolution No. 1565 RESOLUTION REIATING TO APFORTIONMENT OF ASSESSMENTS RELATING TO WATER IMPROVEMENT NO. 62-1 BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Poseville, Minne- sota as follows: WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Water Im~rovement 62-1 as finally amended and adopted on October 14, 1963 , was certified to'the County Auditor of Ramsey County and WHEREAS, a bearing on supplemental assessments, reassessments, and appor- tionment of previous assessments in respect to Water Improvement No. 62-1 was held on November 9,'1964, and adjourned to November 16, 1964, at which time assessments for Water Improvement No. 62-1 were amended as provided by said resolution of said date arid certified in the office of the County Auditor of Ramsey County on November 16, 1964 and WHE~S, since that date a number of parc~ls of property contained within said assessment roll as amended have been divided and conveyed by previous property owners and
