Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the Village Council Village of RoSev1l1e County of Ramsey state of Minnesota Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Vill.age of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota, was duly held in the Village Ball at 2701 North Lexington Avenue, St. Paul, Minnesota, on Monday, the 11: th day of' July d 196...2..-, at 1 :30 0' clock p.m. The following m~bers were present: Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Goodrich, Grauel and Shields and the following were absent: Trustee Curley Member Graue 1 introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: Resolution No. 1566 RESOLUTION RELATING TO API'OR'l'IONMENT OF ASSESSMENTS REIATING TO CONSOLIDATED WATER IMPmVEMENTS NUMBERED 62-2, 64-4, 64-5 and 64-6 BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of' Roseville, Minne- sota as follows: WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Consolidated Water Improvements numbered 62-2, 64-4, 64-5 and 64-6 as finally amended and adopted on October 12, 1964, was certified to the Oounty Auditor of Ramsey County on October 19, 1964 and WHEREAS, a hearing on supplemental assessments, reassessments and appor- tionment of previous assessments in respect to Water Improvement Numbered 62-2, 64-4, 64-5 and 64-6 on December 13, 1965, at which time assessments were amended as provided by Resolution No. l4ll adopting and confirming reassessments and certi- fied in the office of the County Auditor of Ramsey County and WHEREAS, since that date a number of parcels of property contained within said assessment roll as amended have been divided and conveyed by previous property owners and
