EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD JULY 11, 1966 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called and held at the Village Hall in said Village on July 11, 1966. at 7:30 P.M. The following members were present: Mayor Cedarholm. Trustees Grauel, Goodrich and Shields and the following members were absent: Trustee Curley Member Goodrich introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 1568 WHEREAS. pursuant to Resolution passed by the Council on June 20, 1966, the Public Works Director has prepared plans and specifications for the improvement of Lovell Avenue between the centerline of Dale Street and the centerline of St. Albans Street by installation of hot mix pavement and concrete curb and gutter and has presented such plans and specifications to the Council for approval; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of Roseville, Minnesota: 1. Such plans and specifications, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof, are hereby approved. 2. The Village Manager shall prepare and cause to be inserted in the official paper an advertisement for bids upon the making of such improvement under such approved plans and specifications. The advertisement shall be published at least ten days before the opening date, shall specify the work to be done, shall state the bids will be opened and considered by the Village Manager and Public Works Director at 11:30 A.M. on July 25, 1966, in the Council Chambers of the Village Hall, and that no bids will be considered unless sealed and filed with the Manager and accompanied by a cash deposit, cashier's check, bid bond or certified check payable to the Village of Roseville for ten percent of the amount of such bid.
