EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD JULY II, 1966 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called and held at the Village Hall in said Village on July 11, 1966, at 7:30 P.M. The following members were present: Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Grauel, Goodrich and Shields and the following members were absent: Trustee Curley Member Grauel introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 1569 WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution the council adopted June 20, 1966 a report has been prepared by the Public Works Director with reference to the improvement of Lovell Avenue between the centerline of St. Alhans Street to the centerline of Grotto Street by surfacing with hot mix paving and installation of concrete curb and gutter, this report was received by the Council on July 11, 1966; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of Roseville, Minnesota: 1. The Council will consider the improvement of such street in accordance with the report and assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Sections 429.011 to 429.111 (Laws 1953, Chapter 398, as amended) at an estimated total cost of the improvement of $9,570.30. 2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 8th day of August, 1966, in the Council Chambers of the Village Hall at 7:30 P.M. and the Clerk shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing of improvement as required by law. The Motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Member Shields, and upon a vote being taken all present voted in favor and no one against the same. l~REUPON, the said Resolution declared duly passed and adopted.
