<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD ON JULY 18, 1966 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of <br />the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly <br />called and held at the Village Hall in said Village on July 18, 1966, <br />at 7:30 p.m. The following members were present: <br /> <br />Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Curley, Shields and Goodrich <br /> <br />and the following member absent: Trustee Grauel <br /> <br />Member Goodrich introduced the fOllowing Resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1572 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That that certain Contract between the Village of Roseville <br />and Ramsey County, Minnesota regarding construction of storm sewers <br />on County Road C between Dale Street and Rice Street which is marked <br />Exhibit "A", attached hereto and made a part hereof, is hereby <br />approved; and the Mayor and Manager of the Village of Roseville are <br />hereby authorized to execute the same on behalf of the Village of <br />Roseville, Minnesota. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was <br />duly seconded by Member Shields, and upon a vote being held thereon <br />the following voted in favor thereof: All present <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, said Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
