EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL CITY OF ROSEVILLB RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held in the city Hall at 2660 civic Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, on Monday, the eleventh day of January, 1993, at 7:30 p.m. The following members were present: Cushman, P. Johnson, Goedeke, Maschka, and V. Johnson and the following were absent: None. Member Cushman introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 8883 RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT OF ASSESSMENTS BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, as follows: WHEREAS, the assessment rolls for various improvements for the city of Roseville were certified to the County Auditor of the County of Ramsey, and since the certifications, a number of parcels of property contained within said assessment rolls have been divided and conveyed, it requires that apportionment of the original assessments be made by the city Council of the City of Roseville in order that the proper assessment can be extended by the County Auditor against each parcel of property thereafter, NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Roseville does hereby make the following apportionment of original assessments against the following described properties: DIVISION NO. DH063808 02-29-23-21-0088 02-29-23-21-0089 02-29-23-21-0090 02-29-23-21-0091 02-29-23-21-0092 02-29-23-21-0093 02-29-23-21-0094 02-29-23-21-0095 02-29-23-21-0096 02-29-23-22-0107 The City Manager of the City of Roseville is hereby authorized to prepare a certified copy of this resolution and to certify the same to the County Auditor of Ramsey County, Minnesota. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by P. Johnson and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Cushman, P. Johnson, Goedeke, Maschka, and V. Johnson and the following voted against same: None whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
