EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE. MINNESOTA. HELD ON JULY 18. 1966 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof. a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville. Minnesota. was duly called and held at the Village Hall in said Village on July 18. 1966. at 7:30 P.M. The following members were present: Mayor Cedarholm. Trustees Curley. Shields and Goodrich and the following member absent: Trustee Grauel Member Shields introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 1573 WHEREAS. pursuant to resolution of the Village Council adopted May 16. 1966. a report has been prepared by the Public Works Director with reference to the improvement of Lovell Avenue from Cohansey Street west to the cul-de-sac by installation of watermain and installation of hot mix bituminous street surfacing and concrete curb and gutter. and this report was received by the Council on July 18. 1966; NOW. THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE. MINNESOTA: 1. The Council will consider the improvement of such street in accordance with the report and the assessment for the abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Sections 429.011 to 429.111 (Laws 1953. Chapter 398 as amended) at a total estimated cost of the improvement of $11.550.00. 2. A public hearing shall be held on such improvement on the 12th day of September. 1966. in the Council Chambers of the Village Hall at 7:30 P.M. and the Clerk shall give mailed and published notice of this hearing of improvement as required by law. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Curley. and upon a vote being held thereon. the following voted in favor thereof: All present and the following voted against the same: None WHEREUPON. SAID resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
