<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD JULY 18, 1966. <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of <br /> <br />the Village Council of Roseville, Minnesota, was held at the Village <br /> <br />Hall in said Village on July 18, 1966, at 7: 30 p.m. The following mem- <br /> <br />bers were present: <br /> <br />Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Curley, Goodrich <br />and Shields <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: <br /> <br />Trustee Grauel <br /> <br />Member Shields introduced the following Resolution and moved its <br /> <br />adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1574 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION DETERMINING TO ACQUIRE BY EMINENT DOMAIN <br />THE PERMANENT EASEMENTS ACROSS AND UNDER CERTAIN LANDS <br />FOR THE PURPOSES OF CONSTRUCTING, MAINTAINING, AND <br />OPERATING UNDERGROUND STORM SEWER LINES, PIPES, AND <br />APPURTENANCES FOR THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, <br />AND THAT THE NECESSARY PROCEEDINGS BE COMPLETED FOR <br />SAID PURPOSE, AS A PART OF IMPROVEMENT 66~11: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village Council of the Village of Roseville has <br /> <br />been advised by competent engineers that it is feasible to construct <br /> <br />underground storm sewer lines, pipes, and appurtenances for the purpose <br /> <br />of collecting and thereafter discharging certain sewer water within that <br /> <br />portion of said Village as a part of improvement 66-11 for the Village of <br /> <br />Roseville; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village Council deems it necessary and expedient <br /> <br />and in the best interest of the Village and its inhabitants that the <br /> <br />Village acquire permanent easements across and under certain lands for <br /> <br />the above purposes; and <br />
