<br />WHEREAS, the statues of the State of Minnesota <br />state that the Village has the power and authority to take <br />and acquire said property by condemnation under the power <br />of eminent domain; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE <br />COUNCIL FOR THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE.. MINNESOTA.. AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />The Village Council hereby deems it necessary <br />and expedient that the Village acquire permanent easements <br />across the properties described as follows: <br /> <br />Easement No. St-610: <br /> <br />The Northerly 20 feet of the Easterly 10 <br />feet of Lot 9, Rose Town Gardens, according <br />to the plat thereof, to a depth of 15 feet, and <br /> <br />a further temporary construction easement <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />The Easterly 10 feet of said Lot 9 except <br />the Northerly 20 feet thereof. <br /> <br />Easement No. St-6ll: <br /> <br />The Westerly 15 feet of Lot 10, Rose Town <br />Gardens, according to the plat thereof, <br />to a depth of from 8 to 15 feet, and <br /> <br />a further temporary construction easement <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />A 5 foot wide strip lying Easterly of and <br />immediately adjacent to the aforedescribed <br />perpetual easement. <br /> <br />That permanent easements be acquired for the <br />purposes of constructing, maintaining and operating under- <br />ground storm sewer lines, pipes, and appurtenances for <br />the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, together with ingress <br />and egress. <br /> <br />-2- <br />
