This bond is payable primarily from the Sanitary Sewer Improvement Bond Sinking Fund of the Village, but the Council is required to pay the principal and interest thereof out of any funds in the treasury in the event that the moneys on hand in said fund are at any time insufficient to meet the payment of maturing principal and interest. Bonds of this series bearing serial numbers 1 through (maturing in the years 1960 through 19 ) are payable at their respective stated matur- ity dates without option or prior payment, but those bearing serial numbers through (maturing in the years 19 through 19 ) are each subject to redemption and prepayment at the option oftha Village on January 1, 19_, and any interest payment date thereafter, in inverse order of their serial numbers, and at a price of par and accrued interest plus a premium of $ for each bond prepaid on or before January 1, 19 ,and $ for each bond prepaid thereafter, but on or before January 1,-r9 ,and without premium if prepaid after January 1, 19__. The Village will mail notice of the call of any of said bonds for redemption, not less than thirty days prior to the date specified for redemption, to the holder, if known, and to the bank at ~hich principal and in- terest are then payable. Holders of prepayable bonds desiring to receive such notice may register their names and addresses and the serial numbers of their bonds with the Village Treasurer. IT IS HEREBY CERTIFIED, RECITED, COVENANTED AND AGREED that all acts, conditions and things required by the Constitution and laNS of the State of Minnesota to be done, to exist, to happen and to be performed preliminary to and in the issuance of this bond in order to make it a valid and binding general obligation of said Village according to its terms have been done, do exist, have happened and have been performed as so required; that the Village has duly de- termined the necessity and contracted for the construction of said improvement; that the Sanitary Sewer Improvement Bond Sinking Fund has been duly created and provision made for the support thereof by ad valorem taxes and special assess- ments to be levied for the years and in aggregate amounts not less than five per cent (5%) in excess of sums sufficient to pay the interest hereon anrl the prin- cipal hereof as they respectively become due, and additional taxes, if needed for said purpose, may be levied upon all taxable property in the Village, with- out limitation as to rate or amount; and that the issuance of this bond did not cause the indebtedness of said Village to exceed any constitutional or statutory limitation. IN WITNESS WHEREOF the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota, by its Village Council, has caused this bond to be executed in its behalf by the signature of its Mayor, countersigned by its Village Clerk, and sealed with its official seal, and the interest coupons appurtenant hereto to be executed and authenticated by the facsimile signatures of said officers, and has caused this bond to be dated as of October 1, 1957. ~yor Countersigned: Village Clerk (SEAL)
